Another storm. Just what we needed. I took this on my way home at noon hour. Much much worse out there now! Am staying home.
Children make the most of a scorching September afternoon as they play in the spurting jets of the interactive fountain in Royal Plain, Lowestoft. The fountain was designed by Invent Water and installed by Breheny Civil Engineering in 2005.
Writing exercise - learned the cutest program today! Cannot wait to try it out with students! - Just Google: NewsPaper Clipping Generator - Go ahead; be a citizen journalist! Build your own news!!! Found a really cool photographer the other day called Florian Imgrund - check her stuff out www.inthoughts.de/portfolio.html
I was really inspired by her multiple exposures on analog with no editing through photoshop. So I decided to try it myself on a Nikon D80 where you can create multiple exposures in camera.
So no editing on this, other than to bring out colours.
First time shooting with Hoshii - she was just standing there looking gorgeous. I asked if we could shoot, she said yes, and we had ourselves a fun mini-shoot. She is so fluid, photogenic, and sweet - we are complete opposites but I do love how these photos turned out. I them at Fanime Friday, late afternoon in a nice shaded spot.
Fun with photoshop... I did take the pictures, just manipulated the hell out of 'em. Downtown Rochester in B&W combined with the 'big' moon of a couple weeks ago, and a star field taken last summer
Shot at Pittsburgh's #1 concert venue Stage AE.

Arithmetic Fun! One heck of a birthday present, huh? What kind of family were we anyway? From my brother Jonathan's seventh birthday in August 1983. I found an old box of Polaroids and this was in there.
I think Michael was trying to escape out of the frame. One never knew what was going on with him.
PJ'15 ran for 7 days from 2015-07-11 to 2015-07-18 We climbed, mountain biked, threw axes, sawed logs, climbed poles, traded badges, canoed, built a trail, even had an intro to SCUBA! We had a FANTASTIC TIME!
