The building with the tower is Granville House and has quite a history,

It was built as a hotel in 1867, In January 1915, the Granville was requisitioned by the Government and became The Granville Canadian Special Hospital. It mainly treated patients suffering from shell shock, nerve injuries and injuries to bones and joints. In April 1917 the hospital accommodated 809 wounded Canadian soldiers. The hospital closed in the same year and was relocated to Buxton, Derbyshire.

A corner of the hotel was destroyed by enemy action on 12 November 1940. The building had closed and was fortunately empty during the raid. In 1947, the hotel was converted into flats and renamed Granville House.

The building sits on network of caves and nearby tunnels that were modified in 1939. The bomb damaged corner was rebuilt in 2004 by Oakleigh Developments Ltd and became Granville Court.

We of course just know it as the Granville and the Granville theatre is just across the road.

The windfarm can be seen on the horizon.

My thanks for all visits and comments I do appreciate it.

A FULL-CG animated piece that tries to illustrate architecture art across a photographic point of view where main subjects

are already-built spaces. Sometimes in an abstract way. Sometimes surreal.

As far as the clichés in photography go, this is certainly not a new one. Many have already captured Marine Drive in a panorama, but that obviously does not stop one to try it again!

It took eleven separate photographs and almost 45 minutes on Photoshop to stitch them into how it looks like now.

yaaayyyyyye!

So heres my b'day and I had soooooooooooo much fun... More so because of all the flickr friends that could wish me on Facebook. Thank you so much for all your wishes. Love you a lot. :)

A celebration like this photograph on flickr was in order. :D

How was this done?

I drew a background on Photoshop (see comment) with regular rows and colums of circles, Displayed it on my LCD monitor in fullscreen, put my computer upside down and placed Danbo on the screen and then on a verrrrry long shutter, changed the zoom in-shot which caused the light streaks...haha.. :D My second Danbo shot that I super duper love...

Hope you like it too. Sorry I hadn't been around lately but better not post than post bad images right? :)

Have amazing fun.

Loads of love
