Mitt bidrag till Fotosöndag med temat "väg". I bakgrunden Öresundsbron som är en väg till Danmark. Men även även vattnet (Öresund) är en väg man kan ta till Danmark från Skåne.
My contribution to Photo Sunday with the theme of "road". In the background, the Oresund Bridge which is a way to Denmark. But even the water (Sound) is a path you can take to Denmark from Skåne.
La E636 080 in livrea grigio blu appena arrivata a Portogruaro con un merci di carri chiusi.
FS E636 080 in blue-grey livery just arrived in Portogruaro station pulling a closed waggons' freight train.
Looking at part of the FS depot (and venturing no further) from across presumably a transverser stand locos 880 108, 740 352 (furthest, in steam) and a second Class 740, unidentified, beside the building.
The group probably represents a typical allocation of steam types for Udine of the day. Charming 880 108 is one of a design for use on secondary lines while Class 740 is a standard heavy freight type found across the FS network.
Memory tells me of a general belief that staff weren't over enthusiastic to allow depot visits and so this spot is probably near to the entrance.
Udine lies in the Adriatic region of the north-east of Italy.

Cuando llegué al mirador de Manarola me encontré con un aficionado italiano llamado Alessandro. Tras un rato hablando con él, me comentó que había un tren regional de coches push-pull (con locomotora incluida), que estaba apartado en la estación de La Spezia y que una E656 se encargaría del traslado de éste hasta Génova, por lo que en menos de una hora debería estar pasando delante de nuestros objetivos. Tras cuarenta minutos de espera y con el cielo cubierto de nubes apareció al fín la E656.579 remolcando a una E464 junto con una rama de coches regionales. La verdad es que a pesar de que al final no circularan todos los mercancías que esperaba, esta circulación ya superaba con creces mis expectativas de aquella tarde, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que es probable que no sea posible volver a ver estas 'Caimano' en servicio el año que viene...
