I thought the meat was the reason we were here, until I tried these. For three bucks, you get four freshly fried biscuits, and a cup of hot apple butter. Together, they form one of the most magical snacks I've ever eaten. So simple, so comforting, so delicious.

I've been packing and running around all day. I'm tired. And it's extremely hot in Texas.

However, the box that I decided to jump into was a Fruit Loops box.

I'll get out of that corner someday. Doesn't matter, in this apartment, the lighting is horrible.

We saw more signs for fresh fruit, but ended up taking the wrong turn to this little spot... so we snapped a photo (or five) and continued on.

One of the few things I did taste today.

We spent a Sunday afternoon driving along the Fruit Loop in the Hood River Valley.

So many jams. I wanted to taste them all, but I was way too full.

This freaky Lump of sugar fell into my bowl when I was havin' some FruitLoops.

There is really no feeling quite like having an alpaca eat out of your hand. It is pretty much the highlight of any day. If I ever own a corporation, there is going to be a full time alpaca on staff for emergency snorfles.
