Hi everyone!

Today another easy shot taken this morning at Crossfit Werk. We had a very nice workout today to kill our legs, we did an AMRAP 15 which means As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 Minutes of: 5 Front Squats @ 75% of 1RM, 10 Lunges and 100mts run.

 

In the photo 3 of my friends doing their 5 Front Squats with 30kg, I couldn't stay till the end of their workout but I think they had lots of fun just in the same way I had. Now my legs are really tired, I worked out with 70kg and I completed 7 full rounds and 2 Front Squats of the 8 round.

 

I am really happy to be back and to train with my people!

Just making a form check video for some Fito friends to give me some feedback! The other day I barely managed 135lbs and today 205lbs! Maybe if I would just pay attention and focus on what the hell I'm doing in the first place I wouldn't run into problems. Biggest problem was bar hitting my Adam's apple on the way down. Digging the bar into my throat below the Adam's apple before I even start helped a lot. Now just work on keeping those forearms up.

Capt. Shane McDonald, a physical therapy specialist with Madigan Army Medical Center, provides a demonstration for a Lifting and Performance clinic at JBLM, March 13. McDonald leads a team that hopes to develop these clinics aimed at leaders to learn how to reduce injuries and increase performance through proper workout techniques.
