I finished this painting few days back. Well, I just love listening to songs with strong title, and I can surely get inspired by the song and start splashing colors. Most of my paintings are inspired by the songs.
Not many people know. Hehe. I was listening to Time..a rock ballad song by the group Zebra and suddenly my tube light flashed. And I have to confess that its one of my favorite song. And when I finished the painting, I don’t know how the art lovers will react but it’s one of my favorite art works. My friends said that the watch looks like its coming out of Ice cubes. A kind of special effect. My friends never appreciate my art works because they are used to my work. Haha. Good to get appreciated by them. It just uplifts my creativity when it comes to fast running time. It’s a challenge, it’s a dream, and it’s about everything when it comes to time. Because time cannot roll back but only we all can travel down the memory lane. Time will never stop for any dreamer. Hehe.
Artist and photographers can get inspire by anything and everything around them. Nature, city life and all kinds of life. And I don’t know why but I do get inspired by listening to the songs.
And I really like the lyrics of this song and I would love to share a part of it.

Amazing and meaningful song which inspired me to create this abstract art. My next contemporary art is inspired by Bryan Ferry song. Hope it comes out good. Well, I have few people who buy my paintings. And I am planning to take my art few steps forward to make sure that I get international contacts. I will do that very shortly.

Time - Zebra
Went to a place where a farmer places a bucket of fish to attract the Kingfishers. He puts a perch above the bucket and you are guaranteed some good shots. NONE OF IT. I was there about 6 hours, focused on the perch and our friends NEVER came. There were one or two brief sitings about 10 feet away and not really in your concentrated viewing area. How many did I miss ????

this is my friend leia, we worked one of our (my brother's really) shop yesterday, and while I loves the girl to death, her music choices...well, I don't love at all.
So because we were working together i felt we could share what music shall be played. big mistake. everything i hated was played. from miley, to paramore to katy perry to whoever sings "like a G6".
So she killed it. and that's why i decided to draw this mural. For I will never forget that day.

WAH are visiting Tablescapes which is very appropriate for a Sunday, and a little bit more info about me for 365.
As the kids have got older it has been harder to sit down 'as family' to eat. We have never allowed TV dinners except as a real treat, but the kids and adults come and go so much now, that people eat at different times sat at the kitchen table (which is through that far door).
However, Sundays are sacrosanct - either lunch or dinner. Everyone sitting. Sometimes with friends. Never with phones.
As we have done the building work and the kids have got older, we have gained our dining room back. This used to be the 'play room' / games room. It looks lovely in this light but it is carefully shot. The room needs a paint, the dresser to the right of the old fireplace is knackered and there is homework everywhere, taken off the table for supper!
And this is our new table - we treated ourselves at Christmas and replaced the 20 year old one, which although well loved was held together with right angle brackets and weetabix.

What a treat! They were on the look-out and very mobile. And my friends never saw Cheetahs in the wild and what lucky we were to see these 4 !

I always thought I'd die in a warm bed, surrounded by my family and friends. Never did I imagine it would be in a frozen wasteland, surrounded by nothing but Chinese soldiers and snow."
Well, what do you guys think? It's my first scene in a while, but I think it turned out rather nicely! I'm really loving the MRU figures and can't wait to get more! Also, expect a MOC someday of this battle (The Frozen Chosin).

A trip to the Southampton Boat Show yesterday courtesy of tickets from some good friends, never been to anything like this before, some extraordinary machines on display, but my eye was rather taken by the traditional timber vessels . . .
Bit of a change form the super slick motor boats, this as my son put it 'smells a bit different'
Sometimes, admit it or not, nothing beats the silence of a good listening ear.

We all wear masks when out shopping drive our own cars for meet ups and are still very much aware that we have to be careful we are lucky that we have space and nice weather for this time of year. My friends never mind being on flick as for me I have never wanted to, but just this once me in the striped top.
