If you use this image in your work and upload it on flickr and are too lazy to link back or give credits... it is perfectly ok.
if you use it in your comercial work and earn heaps of money through it but dont want to acknowledge or have even forgotten where you picked that texture from... it is perfectly fine.

A few weeks back I was looking for photo frames that had deckle edges like this. I couldn't find one online, so I made one, using an old photograph that I had.
