Im helping out Kanye with his first solo show!
This is going to be pretty rad event.....were we are going to setup a screen printing station with step by step instructions and booklet on how to make stickers and screen print.
If you miss this night its gonna be pretty lame!
This is all I could carry. Inside: potted basil and thyme, nectarines, box of spaghetti, romaine hearts, 3/4 full carton of medium eggs, plus gras butter (unsalted), 2 granny smith apples, 2 gala apples, 2 mini packs of salami, shallots, figs, red pepper flakes, good honey, lemons. And in my bag, Brillo and recycling bags.
It's cheap, orange, plastic, and yes, something I'd almost call a "straightedge" were it not for that inhibitory fold in the middle.
Other highlights include:
- That annoying plastic wrapping that they put around it that is, yes, sealed up the ruler vee so as to make it impossible to remove, but gosh darn, it sure did say in the proper orientation in the envelope
- Did i mention it was orange? It's also shiny

- The fantastic offer to measure my savings (oh gah, cheese-ey)
- Bright.orange.shiny.plastic.
- It came in a pretty cool magnetic box of bizarre size that guarantees that I will keep it around "just in case" like all those AOL CD boxes.
Managed to make it up to London on a miserable, rainy December evening to go check the 'Phoenix da Icefire' album launch party among other things. Hosted by Kingpin, who did his very best with the crowd..this complimentary evening featured a line up including Dj Roast, The IRS, Triple Darkness, Cappo & Endemic and Phoenix da Icefire himself. We actually set out to check Cappo & Endemic but were fairly impressed with all the emcee's and dj's who performed in front of us (the free beer provided by meantime brewery helped!). Shout to Jehst who was spotted as he regularly is, in the crowd, pushed up to the front.

So I got famous last week in the Washingtonian website, during which I happened to shout out Bulleit bourbon as my favorite drink of the moment. Today when I get to work, my boss says I have a package. "Package," I say? "I haven't ordered anything to this address. That's very strange." When I open the package, it is a big box of stuff from Bulleit bourbon. T-shirt, hats, keychains, and a letter. I have resolved, then, to become famous and get free shit. It is so exciting!
