Bright skies and suddently a big angry cloud rolls in, does it,s thing and move on. Right before my eye, without one drop of water on us.
I wasn't lucky enough to get a lightning bolt by fluke in my takes, but I assure you there was plenty! Even though the storm did not touch us we lost electricity for a whole 15 minutes.

one of my ipods + ihome. i have a 2nd gig hot pink nano from like 5 years ago that still works like a charm and holds a charge better than the purple one. the pink one's named lulu and the purple one is evie.
