This was the view a few minutes earlier of the Franconia Ridge trail. Everything is still blue sky :)
I think it may have been the clouds in the the far distance that within minutes turned everything around.
On the left you have Mt. Cannon and on the right Mt. Lincoln. Photo is taken from Little Haystack.

The top of Avalanche Falls at Franconia Notch. A short 7/10 of a mile from the visitor center and you get to the flume trail. The entire loop gives you a view of two waterfalls, plenty of moving water in the flume, and two covered bridges. Definitely a must do in the White Mountains.
This is a multiple exposure image of the Franconia Ridge Trail and a few shots of the surrounding mountains taken from the summit of Mt Lafayette.

This image shows an old tree, which is overgrown from Moss. I took it at the Waldstein, a mountain in the Fichtelgebirge. I love the green moss and the smooth spider webs.
Since we are living here in Hof I wanted to take a night shot of the wonderfully illuminated Town Hall of Hof. At Wednesday I finally had the opportunity, so here is the result.
