Urban Fragments (Vintage manual focus lens)

My in-laws are Methodist ministers who have their manse in Barry (currently) so it's a great jumping off point to the Brecon Beacons.

Sunday morning predicted fog, but the closer I got to the Beacons, the more is dissipated, leaving only wisps of mist.

This was shot with the X-T2 + 1,4x convertor across the other side of the lake which lit up when the sun hit.

This is an image from my Fragments project.

Knowledge consists of fragments of information, of facts, of experiences. We arrange these fragments in some order and we get a narrative which forms into knowledge. If we arrange fragments in a different order, we will get a different narrative. But all the information remains.

I managed to squeeze in short trip to the Pembrokeshire coast and do a little exploring. The coast path is probably full of hidden gems, but finding the time and being prepared to do the leg work isn't so easy. A few images to share, starting with this small but interesting arch.
