This fractal makes me think of some of the ornate wood carving used as accents on furniture. It was created using Jux Fractal.

This one is a little bit busy, but then using splits can produce busy fractals depending on what you use with them. It started life as a random splits that I tweaked. Parameters will be in the comments.

Still messing around with fractals this morning. Have figured out how to edit the colors in fractalworks. Found the waves/iteration setting. Wish I could get more definition out of the greenish/white lacy stuff at the top. Tried playing around with the lighting ... still not as crisp and detailed as I would like.
