Took this shot at Bearizona in Williams, Arizona. This was one of my favorite shots from my visit there. Foxes are truly one of the most beautiful animals to photograph.

Fox cub emerging from it's den

Three cubs from a litter of six. They moved to a new den a few days after this, probably because of the presence of photographers.

Possibly my personal favourite

This red fox was hunting along the side of the road as I was driving by. He stopped to look up but did not seem too concerned that I was taking his photograph. However after he had allowed me to take about a dozen images I guess he decided he had had enough, and slowly trotted toward the other side of the farm.

There wasn't any panic or alarming sounds, but a few minutes after the previous shot the scene changed dramatically. Fortunately there was no drama and the fox disappeared as quietly as it came.
