I thought that I would show you another picture from the Seychelles as a reminder that more is coming after we reach the end of the safari.
The Seychelles Islands are actually though quite a world away from Botswana which is a landlocked country. The islands are in the beautiful Indian Ocean. To get there from Botswana one must fly to Johannesburg South Africa and then on to the islands.
Palm trees are, of course, a common sight on the islands. Every morning at dawn however, the ocean seemed to change while waiting for the sunrise.

On the trip to Botswana, I also explored other out of the way places. The is the view from one of the beaches on Mahe in the Seychelles Islands.
I am skipping ahead just briefly to remind you that there is much more to come. I will be on a short break for part of this week, but when I come back there will be many more safari pictures.
And by the way I have saved the best for last and of course, we will jet on over to the Seychelles and see many other pictures of paradise.

Im back - refreshed and energized...will I think I am. Took the time out to relax and enjoy my photography again and I must say it was rather enjoyable. So what have I thought about...well I am going to do my best to comment regularly but its not going to be everyday as I don't feel like burning out again. If all that means is that you look at my shots rather than comment then that would be fantastic. This shot was taken on NSW north coast (Port Macquarie) during a lovely week away with the family. Have a few different ones from this position but I like this one the best.

my fave place to go and photograph love this place so much at the moment Autumn is having a fight with winter there are still lots of leaves on trees and plenty of colour but winter is starting to win its so cold now and a big shock to the system after the long summer and very mild temperatures since Not Looking foward to winter at all hate the dark nights and the cold
Vandaag werd er naar Düsseldorf-Rath gereden. Daar stonden al 6 fotografen te wachten op de fraaie trein die er zou passeren. Vanwege de vele uitstoot van CO2,door vrachtauto's en luchtvervuiling wordt er aandacht gevraagd om het goederenvervoer per spoor te verhogen. Daarom rijdt er sinds december 2018 een zeer fraaie containertrein door Europa. Hij is vertrokken uit het Poolse Katowice,waar ook een klimaat conferentie is geweest over dit gigantische probleem,, en via Wenen > Berlijn > Parijs > Brussel kwam hij vandaag vanuit Oberhausen onderweg naar Luxemburg,langs Düsseldorf-Rath. Alle containers zijn beschilderd met afbeeldingen van dieren uit de Ark van Noah. En dan om 17u45 passeert hier de erg fraaie containertrein met tractie DBC 193 360 > wit < , I am European logo, de totaal 8
fotografen. En na deze plaat snel terug naar NL voor de volgende fraaie trein.

I love this picture because it gives me the pleasue of looking ahead. Looking at tomorrow. Knowing that it will come full of good stuuf. And with it I wish you all a fantastic week ahead..
After intercepting the first supercell at Prüm we decided to move further south where new 'French' thunderstorms moved towards the Eifel. Here the air was warmer and more unstable, but also drier.
Near Bitburg we had a good view of a strong rotating updraft of a small supercell that can be seen in the photo. The storm dumped a good amount of rain from the anvil and FFD (Foward Flank Downdraft) on us. However, the drier air meant that this storm did not really work anymore. A phenomenon that I have also experienced a number of times in the USA.
Nonetheless the structure and rotation in this storm were awesome to watch......

Just upgraded to Windows 10 since we did at work and not really happy, at least not yet. It will not allow me access to any of my photo programs. Just bought the latest PSP with the hopes of being able to process some. The weather here is still stiffling, looking foward to cooler days ahead. Just after sunrise some 30 + years ago, You would find Mr. Moore and crew in Lambert’s Loader at Wakneva listening to various 8 track country tapes and starting their day of loading “clean” Dickenson County coal into CSX mtys.
They’d drop them north from above the tipple in pairs, eventually loading a daily max of 22 cars for the Greenbrier or Elkhorn Turn to pick up on their evening trip south back to Dante.
Fast foward to the dreary morning of February 22, 2019, this veteran staple of coal country sets the scene for southbound Q693 clawing their way up the wet 1.0% grade to Sandy Ridge.
As of today, this iconic Clinchfield tipple has been torn down for over 5 years; shortly after this photo was taken. CSX’s recent appetite for ripping tracks out hasn’t been kind to this area so far; Trammel siding was removed last year, as well as the tipple track here. The Fremont Branch is also being torn up as we speak.
I sure am thankful I got to enjoy these historical Clinchfield relics growing up.

Ironicaly Chi-Chi turned 1 year old the day chewy passed away. So we cut her little cake and decided to save the picture for later. I am very greatfull for having her 1 year and look foward to having her for as long as i can. Happy Birthday Baby.
It's interesting when friends saw my last bunch of "abstract watercolors series" without name & hard to judge what it's originally look like. Here are the answers for you. Series of No 1 & 2 are the results of several photos 's "multiple exposure" plus the direction changes & blur effect add-on. Sereis of No. 3 - 5 are single shot with special effect of blur, direction changes, lightness changes etc. The series of "muliple exposure" will be temporarily ended here, until I found a dramatic invention. Thanks very much for all your great comments & encouragement for these series of "Multiple exposure", I will keep moving on and looking foward to provide more interesting ones to share with you, my dear friends.
