Foundation formwork in place for pouring the foundations to support a future rail mechanism. The mechanism will help move guideway segments to the storage area.

The formwork has been moved to the right to extend the wall. The constraining bolts are sat on top of the first section of wall.

A Box Traveler is a set of wall and slab monolithic formwork. The inner barrel rolls forward when struck and reduced in width; the outside forms are crane handled into position once the inner barrel is in position and the re-bar is fixed. Using the Roof Support System, the green concrete in the roof can be supported from overhead without the need for the inner barrel to be there. This can allow for a pour everyday in the right circumstances. This version used Handset Panels and Stiffbacks and Inner Frames. This method is now mostly superseded by the Plate Girder version of this system which can handle bigger loads and spans.
