Can you see Huygens' Principle manifesting itself as the waves pass through a narrow opening? 'Tis the same principle that causes diffraction in our camera's lenses! My physics theory--Light, Time, Dimension Theory--presents a deeper principle underlying Huygens' Principle--the spherically-symmetric expansion of the fourth dimension at the rate of c, as seen in my equation dx4/dt=ic.

20.04.1971: Byplanrådet vedtar å regulere Mellomila 2 B/C og Østre Ila 3 og 4 til boligblokk for trygdede.
26.01.1972: Bygningsrådet godkjente søknad av 20.01.1972 fra Trondheim kommune ved arkitekt Ragnar Engh om oppførelse av boligblokk for trygdede.
09.02.1972: Bygningsrådet godkjente søknad av 26.01.1972 fra Boligkontoret om å få rive bebyggelsen. Alle leieforhold forutsatt opphørt før oppstart av rivingsarbeidet. Fylkeskonservatoren meddeles vedtaket.

04.09.1974: Bygningsrådet godkjente byggemelding fra Trondheim kommunale byggekomité på trygdebolig på Østre Ila 5. Trygdeboligen føres opp som et annet byggetrinn for trygdeboliger på Østre Ila 3 og 4. Con-Tra-Ship Inc. A/S ved F. Rambech sendte inn en protest mot byggemeldingen datert 30.07.1974, denne ble ikke tatt til følge av bygningsrådet.
02.10.1974: Bygningsrådet godkjente søknad fra Trondheim kommune v/ Boligsjefen om tillatelse til riving av bestående bebyggelse på Østre Ila 5.
