Her favorite chapter of them all,

A guardian angel so unique,

Hardly ever spoken about,

Your memories are what she guards,

Deciding when it was right to shelve some, shove some in drawers or bring out some in tsunami waves,

She is the culprit who releases butterflies in your stomach,

Sometime she is mischievous,

Sometimes she can be cruel,

But most of the time she is sincere,

Memories can be fragile,

If shaken, it can shatter and break,

Time adds more and more,

But also takes away what it gave,

It's difficult to puzzle the pieces back together,

There are things you need to remember to be able to forget...
