Better think twice before taking this route through the forest by nightfall 😁 Ghost minifigure with some custom edits

The mountain forests have in my eyes a far more beautiful flora to offer, than those with us in the flatter country.

The Foresters Walk - February morning.

This arched tree in the foreground is a bit of a celebrity. It appeared in the Russel Crowe film of Robin Hood - he and his Merry Men set up camp just in front of it.

The woods here are often used for filming - fairly recently they had a mock up gothic gateway across the path for the latest Dr Doolittle film.

Really atmospheric in the fog - like a scene from a film.

As a photographer, I wanted to capture the quiet beauty and peaceful atmosphere of a sunlit forest path. My goal was to highlight the magical effect of the light on the surroundings and emphasize the natural contrasts of light and shadow. The moment when the sun's rays broke through the dense canopy and illuminated the path was particularly inspiring for me.

The stormy wind removed the last pieces of Autumn from the trees.

Focusing at the trees on the left at f/11 results in sharpness in the focal plane and a moderately blurred background.
