It rained while I was out at a homeschooling planning meeting. Darren took pictures. I"m glad I didn't see this. He said the water "almost" came in the basement. Phew!

Clouds moving in after a respectable Saturday afternoon. Foreshadowing for the miserable morning we would awake to Sunday: 2C, 100% humidity, and rain.
Standing just off the pavement on a dirt road.
The road leads to a gate.
The gate opens on a trail.
The trail winds a way up the mountain,
to the very peak.
This day clouds brush the peak, yet in shadow.
Would like to be on that trail, again.
Not yet. Perhaps soon.
I hope.
Watching the boat in front of us to see what we will be doing next.
