It was offered in 2-door sedan and 4-door sedan body styles only, with the wagons now included in their own series which comprised the Ford Ranch Wagon, Ford Country Sedan and Ford Country Squire.[3] Customlines were available with 223 cubic inches (3,650 cc) inline six-cylinder or 272 cubic inches (4,460 cc) V8 engines.1955 Customline production totalled 471,992 units

Ford F1, Production: November 1947–1952, the first-generation of the Ford F-Series (also known as the Ford Bonus-Built trucks) is a series of trucks that was produced by Ford from the 1948 to the 1952 model years. The introduction of the F-Series marked the divergence of Ford car and truck design, developing a chassis intended specifically for truck use. Alongside pickup trucks, the model line included also panel vans, bare and cowled chassis, and marked the entry of Ford into the medium and heavy-duty truck segment.
Across North America, Ford assembled F-Series trucks at sixteen different facilities during its production. In Canada, Lincoln-Mercury sold the F-Series under the Mercury M-Series nameplate to expand coverage in rural areas. The first generation of the F-Series is the sole generation produced entirely with "Flathead" engines (inline-6 and V8).
From Generation 6 of model years 1967-72, this one is a circa 1971 model. It appears that it might also be a Camper Special version.

I'd suggest a 1962 or thereabouts? Ford Thunderbird Hardtop heading back south after perhaps being at the Ford Hardtop get together at Bathurst.
Just south of Yass on the Hume Highway at the Burley Griffin Way junction.

Ford Castle is a Grade I listed building situated at a shallow crossing point on the River Till at Ford in Northumberland. The castle is not open to the public, but you can have a wander around the exterior grounds and have a peek through the gate at the beautiful buildings within.
This was once a prominent castle, playing its part in the fates of two nations. It was the chosen location of James IV to set up his headquarters before the Battle of Flodden in September 1513.
During the Second World War, in the years 1941-46, Ford Castle was used as a hospital by the British Red Cross and St John’s Ambulances.
