I baked these chocolate fudge cookies yesterday...they are delicious and so easy to make...what's not to love...except maybe the calories because you can't stop at one!

Having to triple up on challenges today as time is very short. I would have liked to re-do this as once I'd uploaded I noticed the cloth wasn't straight and that bothers me but I just don't have time to go back to the drawing board.
Thank you all for your continued support while I am posting and running...hope to catch up before too long.
I'm hoping to nail this technique by the end of the year as: a)it won't take as much faffing around! b) I won't have as much mess to clear up, and c) I might be able to get it in one shot!
The lamb is certainly well marinaded ready for tonight's dinner anyway!
