This was taken at Christmas 2020. I always make cheesecake for pudding for Christmas, but that year I decided to make a selection of smaller cheesecakes, instead of one large cake. The flavours are:
Caramel, Malteaser, Aero mint and White chocolate.

Well, there is much to do in Kos, Greece. Especially when you are interested in archaeology. But we went on this holiday to recover from a energy dip. So what did we do? Not much.But; I have seen those archaeological sites some years ago and I can surely say, it is gorgeous when one is interested in it, and I can surely recommend it.
And for now? We stayed in a good and very big all inclusive resort, and they have plenty of food there, so guess what? Here is our first food upload from our Greek holiday 2019, cheese. An arrangement of Emmental cheese with red grapes.
