This individual fold forms an interesting result from working with hand folding.
The form itself becomes an object in itself, part of a whole but being complete also. It then contains further folds within itself.

This chimney stands across a courtyard from the old paper mill at Withnell Fold. It was built by Thomas Blinkhorn Parke, the local landowner who lived in nearby Withnell Hall, at the same time the mill was built, in 1844.

I love waffles! This was one of the food items I was really sad about not being able to have when I found out I needed to go gluten free. I tried a few frozen waffles and they were fine, but there's nothing like homemade waffles! Thankfully, I found the BEST mix (Pamela's Baking and Pancake Mix) for making gluten free waffles!
The recipe is pretty easy, but you do have to separate the eggs to make whipped egg whites and then fold the egg whites into a mixture of the flour, egg yolks, oil, and water. This is probably the hardest part, but I'm not the best "folder" and the waffles still turn out amazing!

I think your imagination can see all sorts in this. I was quite pleased with it. I tried to take it as a montage built from many different focal planes, but had trouble getting the overlay right as I couldn't keep my hand still enough!

Napkin folding is time-consuming, especially considering how quickly the napkins are unfolded and dirtied, so it’s a practice that you should reserve for special meals, when presentation is important. Fold the table napkin in half. You should end up with a rectangle. Looking at a vertical rectangle, starting at the bottom, accordion pleat 2/3 of the way up. Fold in half vertically with the pleating on the outside. Holding all layers of cloth, take the upper corner of the free end (part with no pleats) and tuck it diagonally under the pleats facing you. We made the latest issue of Bicycling: "May 10th, Folds Up! Folding Bike Ride and Festival, New York City. Organizers say all kinds of bikes are welcome on this 10-mile ride through Manhattan and Brooklyn, as long as their riders are 'folding-curious.' The postride festival offers folder demos."
