My vantage point on the Halfpipe at the skate Park watching my youngest children on their scooters

Cloudy, drizzly, damp, cool autumn day. The kind of weather that I love best!! : )

A couple of days after Hurricane Sandy came thru our area, I drove into our local cemetery to check the graves of loved ones for any damage. I saw this angel laying in the grass. It wasn't broken. Just misplaced. Very symbolic of how so many New Yorkers feel right now.

A statue of Our Blessed Mother in our local cemetery. People leave flowers for her all year 'round.

Two days after Hurricane Sandy hit our area, I ventured into town looking for ice. I saw this woman walking around with her 17 year old "baby" who was shivering. I asked if I could take his photo and she kindly obliged. : )

My son and his friend at a Halloween party held at school.

A Landscape photo that my partner snapped for me while he was at work in the Pilbara, over 1,620 kilometres (1006 miles) away

Hearing my children giggle, walking into the lounge room to see our cat watching tv with them (again) and chasing things on the screen (again)
