The Federal Mogul site was certainly a first for me... whilst I've been do one or two derelict places, I've never actually... circumvented a fence knowingly breaking the law. It's been downhill ever since.
Again, I am in no way an urbexer. I am an anxious scaredy cat who gets scared by small noises.
'Box 1' was hanging, sadly, from the ceiling; swaying slowly back and forth.
The first fmc hoof chute that is a side tipper with sliding gate and aluminium race. All fully galvanised and supplemented with aluminium gates boxes and trays etc. This model has been made with 240v hydraulic power pack with the option of upgrading to 24 Volt at a later date . There is a area in the centre of the crush which can be used for batteries / storage at a later date. The boom has 110/240v site sockets for angle grinders heat guns and LED lights that we have provided with the crush.Under the bed of the crush on the mud guard we have included a tray for holding knives derm paste bandages etc for ease of "at hand".

This room seemed to have less function than some of the others. It was a little surreal walking from the rusty open spaces into this... like some massive party had gone on.
Apparently the only people invited were those who don't throw their rubbish in the bin.

I guess that at some point, someone didn't adhere to the 'leave it as you found it' policy. Perhaps the paper towels ran out, and an angry, wet-handed youth got angry with the sink.

It was interesting how, surrounded by rooms stripped of any soul or item -floors ripped apart, glass broken- that this piano stood alone, relatively unharmed. 'Still worked, too.
This scene encapsulates the terrible state of my love life; my ex is a piano player. But, the less said about that, the better.
