a7rii + Minolta F.Rokkor-QF 1:6.5 f=195mm (process lens)

Apparently this Rokkor was used in a copier but I can't find any information about the model/maker. Maybe it was in a Minolta copier. There's a 200mm version too but 195 is much more sexy of course. These lenses are very cheap. I got mine for €10. I glued an 42mm adapter ring to the rear of the lens barrel and use it on a bellows.

Pretty good IQ at close range as could be expected, and bokeh isn't bad either!

This was taken in the morning. I prefer to shoot in the morning or late afternoon. I saw an instructional video and the instructor said that with the new software, he doesn't have to wait for the "magic hour" anymore to get the colors. But for me, it's for the shadows that I like to shoot in the mornings -- but I'm also a morning person and so I'm usually up at 0700 anyway. :) (Rooster Rock State Park Area IMG_0746.jpg)

Let your laughter flush in meaningless mirth like twinkles of light on the ripples;

Let your life lightly dance on the verge of Time like a dew on the tip of a leaf.

Strike in the chords of your harp the fitful murmurs of moments.

With both hands snap the fetters you made with your own heart chords;

Take to your breast with a smile what is easy and simple and near.

Today is the festival of phantoms that know not when they die.
