Ich habe ehrlich gesagt nicht mehr damit gerechnet, dass es noch mal schneit und auch so schön winterlich wird. Letzte Woche war es aber so und ich habe das Winterwetter sehr genossen und war daher oft spazieren – natürlich auch mit meiner Kamera :)
To be honest, I didn't expect it to snow again and for it to be so beautifully wintry. But it did last week and I enjoyed the winter weather very much and therefore often went for walks - of course also with my camera :)

I am so glad to tell you that everything is going fine again. My mom is much better.My children are doing great and I... I am so happy to have more time for my own again now that most of the work is done in our garden.
A few months ago our pc was in trouble (so was I) Now we have a new one and we can upload photo's again! Happy me! Happy Maybe :-)

Und wohin jetzt? Kennt ihr diese Frage?! Ich stelle sie mir tatsächlich ziemlich oft. Man hat heutzutage so viele Möglichkeiten und da fällt die Entscheidung oftmals schwer... Aber nur weil man sich für etwas entscheidet, muss es ja dann nicht unbedingt heißen, dass man nicht mehr zurück kann.
Übrigens: Das Bild habe ich mit ProCreate bearbeitet, damit es interessanter aussieht :)
Where to go next? Do you know this question?! I actually ask myself it quite often. There are so many options nowadays and it's often hard to decide... But just because you choose something doesn't necessarily mean you can't go back.
BTW: I edited the picture with ProCreate to make it look more interesting :)

Sorry for the awful pun but I saw this downy feather floating on the wind. I told my friend Bernard that it would star in a FlickrFoto within the next few minutes and this is the result.
It's a lake on the hill. Taken in 2005 Labor Holiday. Travel to Lishui with my friends. The life there is peaceful and quiet. A happy memory and a beautiful place.

The National Sanctuary Christ The King, is situaded in Almada City just in front of Lisbon, crossing the 25 of April Bridge over the River Tagus.
It´s 110 meters high and 1145 tons, the open arms 30 meters.
It Began it´s construction in 18 of December, 1952 and the inauguration was in the year 1959, 17 of May, Pentecost Day!
We can go to the top to have a great view of the River Tagus and Lisbon, the capital of Portugal.
Inaugurado a 17 de Maio de 1959 no dia de Pentecostes, na cidade de Almada.
O Santuário Nacional do Cristo Rei tem 110 metro de altura.

We tend to celebrate light in our pictures. Understanding how light interacts with the camera is paramount to the work we do. The temperature, intensity and source of light can wield different photography effect on the same subject or scene; add ISO, aperture and speed, the camera, the lens type, focal length and filters…the combination is varied ad multi-layered and if you know how to use them all, you will come to appreciate that all lights are useful, even those surrounded by a lot of darkness.
We are guided by three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, our longing to capture in print, that which is beautiful, the constant search for the one picture, and constant barrage of new equipment and style of photography. These passions, like great winds, have blown us across the globe in search of the one and we do understand the one we do look for might be this picture right here for someone else out there.

Orginal Version Without processing treatment
Saigon Opera House
is a smaller counterpart of the Hanoi Opera House (built from 1901 to 1911, and shaped like the Opéra Garnier in Paris). The Saigon Opera House owes its specific characteristics to the work of architect Félix Olivier, while construction was under supervision of architects Ernest Guichard and Eugène Ferret in 1900.

The Municipal Theatre in 1915
Its architectural style is influenced by the flamboyant style of the French Third Republic with the façade shaped like the Petit Palais which was built in the same year in France. The house had a main seating floor plus two levels of seating above, and was capable of accommodating 1,800 people. The design of all the inscriptions, décor, and furnishings were drawn by a French artist and sent from France.
However, the décor of the façade faced some criticisms. In accordance with Gothic style, the house facade was decorated with inscription and reliefs (like City Hall), but it was criticized as being too complicated. In 1943, some of the complicated decoration was removed. On the occasion of 300th anniversary of Saigon in 1998, the city government had some façade decor restored.
