Big battleships dock on the Willamette during the Rose Festival's Fleet Week.
When I arrived, that big battleship was being pushed against the river wall by two smaller tug boats. The orange (and armed) Coast Guard boat was patrolling right around this ship.

San Francisco Fleet Week 2016 finished with a bang on Sunday, with another spectacular airshow, featuring (among others) the Bretling Jet Team, The Patriots, and the Blue Angels, who were competing to see who could get the most "wow" moments with the crowd!
