A previous image was made on April 7th of these rocks (see comments). I thought I enjoyed it. My critical eye was clouded by excitement at the time. The more I looked at it the more flaws were discovered - shortcuts were taken, creative focus was half-assed, it was rushed and more. The flaws could easily be addressed with a second chance given desired environmental conditions. So I redid it. Cheers to do-overs.

If I'm being honest, flowers are probably my least favorite photo subject... yet I am drawn to their flaws.

A new bunch of flowers brings a new bunch of photographic opportunities.

I love how flowers like this that aren't quite perfect still beautiful despite their flaws.We should all take this approach with aspects of our lives.
