The Common Spotted Flat is a butterfly belonging to the family Hesperiidae. It is a common butterfly generally found in the wet forested hills of southern Asia, from India and the Himalayas east through Indo-China.

Hooray! I found a solution to the cats. Cats Protection League run a cats guardian scheme which means they will take your cats on after your death. It is free but obviously we will make a provision.
You have to register and tell them all about your cat. What they like and don't like and anything else that might help them. It was a huge relief.
All that being said, we have not intentions of going anywhere soon but it is good to know that the provision is there should in the way distant future we should need it
by request for Yeah Roger. I forgot that I was able to get down off of the Detroit Superior bridge in time to get this shot coming across the Cuyahoga at Flats Tower. They must have stopped to let the rear end crew close up the mainline switch at DB because the Detroit Superior bridge is only at the back of this shot.
Quite impressed with the lens performance here, at about 2/3 of its max. range. According to TPE and Google Earth this was taken from over 11 km (7miles) away. It took a few shots as the wind was catching the lens. Sigma 150-500.
Adele went to the forest to look for a pinetree for Christmas but she had a flat tire. 🌲🚗🔧 However she didn't worry about it because with Parkside's tools everything was easily ok. 👍
