What? You thought just because I'm on vacation you don't get a flashback Friday entry? Wrong!
A word of advice to all of you still 19 - don't cut up your pictures like this. I would give a lot to have the picture whole.
Jiminy Christmas I was skinny back then. I have no idea why I wasn't constantly wearing a bikini.
I'd also found hot rollers or a curling iron, clearly. Big fluffy hair!
My mom made me this green dress. I loved it! And the hairbow was a giant, puffy piece of yarn. They came in packs of 8 or 10, all different colors. Anyone else remember these?
I think I'm 9 years old here.
Also, Grandma Vivian is actually my great-grandmother (mother's mother's mother). She lived until age 97 (?), and passed away when I was 26 years old. I am so lucky to have had her in my life for so many years.

tylermarcy: @reannaevans I didn't wear it every single day! I wore it like once a week, which just happened to be more frequent than my other clothing. Haha.
reannaevans: okay well you were over at least once a week and it was always in that shirt βΊ reunion part 2 soon?
tylermarcy: @reannaevans Reunion? Fuck that shit, let's try and have some more reoccurring hangs. Haha.

#flashbackfriday this is a #letter from my papa trelly that he sent to me in college (1990). he wrote me often - talk about a lost art! maybe that's why when i caption my photos they are so verbose! "i got it from my papa." anyway, some of you may have read in a past post that my papa wasn't exactly an angel, and though i can't prove it (yet!) i am certain he was a member of the mafia. he would call me up in my dorm and ask "do yousneed anyting? i can gets yous a nice vcr..." he was a proud italian man who took great joy in sticking it to law enforcement. the hotter the item, the happier he was and the more beer he drank! but you'd never get that from this letter. this one was just before his first knee surgery - and all he wanted was to get back out to play golf with my uncle angelo - who wasn't really my uncle, if you catch my drift. i know he had a lot of regrets in life, though he never said it. i know he loves us and is drinking a beer and smoking his cigarettes laughing and looking down on us. "hey, yous need anyting from up here? i can gets yous a good deal..."
