I was snapping sunset pics the other evening and when I put them on my computer, I saw GREEN! Just dumb luck, but pretty cool.

I am happy to report that I am working regularly again, and am currently on holiday in Tasmania. I hope to get back into the routine of posting photos on Flickr while I am on holidays, and continue when I am back home.

Just got a really interesting book about called super graphics, which had an interesting parallel between super heroes and primary colors (Blue, Red, and Yellow), so I made this.
Small, warbler-like tanager of tropical lowlands. Favours forest edge, woodland, and semi-open areas with taller trees. Often occurs in small groups, sometimes larger flocks, usually in the canopy of flowering trees, where it probes for nectar with its long bill. Red legs are bright on male, dullest on young birds. Male is blue in breeding plumage, with a turquoise cap; female and non-breeding male are greenish overall with faint streaking on the chest. In flight, the underside of the wings flash bright sulphur-yellow.

The moor of Lostmarc’h on the Crozon Peninsula provides some breathtaking landscapes and seascapes. When I took this photo, it was a very dark, damp and desolate end of afternoon in December, and I didn't have much hope as I walked the moor towards the lone standing stone that remains of the alignment that once stood there, millennia ago.
I was quite alone, as the weather was truly miserable, but suddenly, a miraculous swath of sunlight cut through the thick clouds and shone over the ocean in the bay, providing a very nice background. I quickly set up an off–camera cobra flash on the ground to provide some fill–in light on the stone face, and took the shot.
Thirty seconds thereafter, as on a well–set timer, the clouds closed in again and the light was gone. It began to rain (again), and I could but walk back to the car.
This is a recent black-and-white interpretation of the original photo. I will also, some day, upload the color one taken in December 2018.

I bought three more figures from chisto and I wanted to make a Captain Marvel VS Black Adam build, so I built a City setting with a wrecked sidewalk but the whole build felt very empty. I ended up adding two more buildings and turned it into a justice league build! Be sure to check out my stream for all the pictures, and let me know what you think!
The war between Apple and Flash (Adobe) is heating up by the day, and I always wanted to be a war photographer!
The focusing of this photo looks intentionally surreal and is the result of merging two separate exposures with different focusing. (check the Apple photo here and Flash version here)
Apparently the 2017 lightning pieces can fit inside the back of minifigure legs... to an extent. Sometimes they feel loose, but sometimes they feel secure enough to display. Thoughts?
AKA Eobard Thawne, the Reverse Flash is the Flash's archnemesis. With similar abilities, but more experience, Thawne has been fighting the Flash for a lifetime.
Part of The Villains We Fear, my BFVA 2018 individual project.
Reverse Flash here looks awesome next to my Flash figure from last year. Their bases are exactly the same height, with similar designs, while Reverse Flash's base is meant to be slightly more futuristic.
I'm proud of how this figure turned out, as I was able to make him less bulky compared to my Flash figure, adding to the athletic look of the characters.
