A nice morning at Forresters beach the other day. Colours both in the sky and in the water were great! Haven't been out with my flash in a while so I decided to head out, now I don't want to stop shooting in the water as the sun rises :)

(Yes he enjoys a bit of Vinyl cutting on the side. No idea what the right name for that is, but he did help with my Stay Puft)
And don't you just love the clever use of Bananas?
Looks like it was designed by Buck Rogers
Spring-loaded rod behind flash gun pushes the bulb out or retracts it depending on focus. This allows the same f/stop at varying distances.
Camera - Polaroid 180. Original back has been replaced by a 3-D printed ND-P120 (from Etsy) 120 roll film back.
A Simple guy who loves simplicity !
Immense admiration for Flash & ActionScript, Of course beautiful girls are not devoid of that.....
I got a new Nissin i40 Flash for my Fuji X=T1 and was testing it on my desk. Of course my COO of cable management and chewing had to make sure I wasn't making any mistakes. Much to his surprise I used it off camera and placed it on my desk and bounced some light off a 16 foot ceiling and came up with this. Of course he hadn't seen a flash fired in a long time and was interested in why I was aiming it at the ceiling. Anyway, this is what came out of it and I thought it worth sharing.
so i have finally finished my
Flash.
As you may have noticce is the future flash suit that he is wearing in the series.
This has been a really hard figure so this is 100% painted (even the eyes) and the cowl is based of the mgf one with 3D lightning bolts,
Tell me know what you think about this figure because i'm really proud of how he tourned out , infact i think this version of the flash is the ultimate flash and i probably wont make another one.

AKA Eobard Thawne, the Reverse Flash is the Flash's archnemesis. With similar abilities, but more experience, Thawne has been fighting the Flash for a lifetime.
Part of The Villains We Fear, my BFVA 2018 individual project.
Reverse Flash here looks awesome next to my Flash figure from last year. Their bases are exactly the same height, with similar designs, while Reverse Flash's base is meant to be slightly more futuristic.
I'm proud of how this figure turned out, as I was able to make him less bulky compared to my Flash figure, adding to the athletic look of the characters.
Check out the Beyond the Brick video interview!
Let me know your thoughts on these new characters! More coming soon...

Through the creations that I build, I hope to inspire other young (or perhaps older) LEGO builders to unleash their inner creativity. We all need a positive way to express ourselves, so let's allow LEGO to be an extension of us. Your creativity belongs to you, and nobody can take that away. Build what you want to build, and how you want to build it.
Brief but brilliant.
Exif exposure data is not recorded because I use a manual lens; Rokinon 16mm f2.0, ISO on camera set to 800, 15 sec exposure.
From Left to Right: Pied Piper, Heat Wave, Captain Cold, Mirror Master, and Weather Wizard.
All are customs except for Captain Cold.
During a heavy rain storm here, the area known as 'The Wash' was flooded. It is a long stretch of rock, gravel, sand and has occasional trees, scrub, etc., but with a wonderful paved walkway along its several miles. Homes face it on both sides. I took the shot through the window just after a heavy rain fall; it was the first time I had seen this.

Managed to see some daylight at the end of the working day so a short drive took me to Sandbach Flashes.
I was hoping to capture a nice tree reflection on the flash with a nice coloured sky but they are frozen over!
Still posting this as my first shot in the 52 Photos 2017 group as the sky is nicely reflected on the ice.
Finally got round to scanning in the set of flash I painted last year. If you would like a copy message me or email me at lukejinks@gmail.com for payment details.

Check out a snippet of Reverse Flash in Injustice 2 here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUWlCjls6yw
Soooo I think I may have found my Injustice 2 main! Now for those of you who don't know, Reverse Flash is basically going to be an alternate costume of Flash, but with his own voice actor and dialogue. They showed off the Flash's moves today of the Injustice 2 Watchtower Livestream, and I was very impressed with the Flash, but I think I'm going to main Reverse Flash because he looks 100% cooler and he's my favorite Arrowverse character!
Anyways, I also wanted to announce that once all the characters are announced (which is basically just Joker at this point), I'm going to release my wishlist of premiere skins, which can just be alternate costumes, or whole new characters who could share a moveset. I'm also going to release a top 9 DLC character wishlist, so look forward to that!
Speaking of Reverse Flash, my Legends of Tomorrow Season 2 Review should be up this weekend, so look forward to that!

I was heading towards the Loblaws Groceterias site at Bathurst Street and Lake Shore Boulevard which has been the subject of much speculation to be demolished and site of a new Loblaws Superstore to be built there. So I thought I'd check it out before major closures and big gated fences begin to block the view of it. But I got side tracked. I walked along the Bathurst bridge and had to stop for the skyline and luckily a GO train was passing by :)
