It has been like this forever and ever beyond

Situated in between these mountain cliffs which are deep diving into the fjord

This feeling of ancient comes to my mind

Really lovely to spend time here and take it all in

Feeling tiny

and

Sighing, Awe

They have kept the old pier for the bridge that used to be here

Centuries ago

Feels like at least

It was indeed a moody place and with fog and rain it just was perfect

My lens kept of course being wet

But it was such a cool spot so we kept on wandering all over the place and clicked and clicked

What a joy to take the time

Clouds are pretty cool 😄 I'm having great fun in seeing faces and other things in nature.

I think it must be Heron 😂😂

Gorgeous view and lovely colors.

By Hardangefjorden, the world’s third longest fjord, Norway.

I have often told you stories about the way

I lived the life of a drifter

Waiting for the day

When I'd take your hand and sing you songs

Then maybe you would say

"Come lay with me and love me"

And I would surely stay

But I feel I'm growing older

And the songs that I have sung

Echo in the distance

Like the sound

Of a windmill going round

Guess I'll always be a soldier of fortune

Many times I've been a traveller

I looked for something new

In days of old when nights were cold

I wandered without you

But those days I thought my eyes had seen you standing near

Though blindness is confusing

It shows that you're not here

Now I feel I'm growing older

And the songs that I have sung

Echo in the distance

Like the sound

Of a windmill going round

Guess I'll always be a soldier of fortune

I can hear the sound

Of a windmill going round

Guess I'll always be a soldier of fortune

I guess I'll always be

A soldier of fortune

Which I thought for so many years

That I would forever be

But I found you, you found me

I'm no soldier of fortune anymore

That's history, that's past

Light is always ahead

Even angels are around us

Like in this photo

Amen

This is Aker Brygge, Oslo's harbor area

My favorite fjord, Randsfjorden Norway

This litlle village has an old look to it, like it hasn't been developed in years and years

We are driving past it now, not through it anymore, because now there are lots of tunnels here

But we stopped, luckily

Wow

What an atmosphere

Fish was obviously fed to the seagulls, lots of small pieces of fish by the waterfront

The smell was so fresh, we had a really nice time

This is Olden in Innvikfjord, close to the glacier called Briksdalsbre

In these environments you just feel tiny

I love this fjord

This place has always been my favorite spot up to the cabin

I don't travel often here now because my cabin is not mine anymore

So I surely enjoyed taking a trip down this marvelous fjord yesterday

Enjoy you too

Peace all the way

Soulfood

Just a bird passing by

Waves slowly approching the beach

Me standing there with my feet in the water

Cooling off

Enjoying the moment

Late sunshine gives such a calming effect on the landscape

I will bring you up here Mark

It's incredible beautiful

Malmangernuten (890 m.a.s.l) in the background.

Part of Hardangerfjorden to the right.

It's over there

The light

What does the light contain

That is my secret

Just as it is your secret

Whenever you find the source

(by CNN Travel) This is Langfossen in Åkrafjorden, over 600 meters long.

A nice beach both in summer and winter

Especially winter

Because we could have it more or less for ourselves

Sunbathing in September.

This is from Oslo's harbor Aker Brygge.

Travelling along the south side of this fjord really does something with you, the feeling "Can we stop here and stay" comes to your mind over and over again.

This is Randsfjorden ❤

Close to the west coast of Norway you find Etne, its a lovely spot with its mountains and fjords.

Traveling in such beauty really does something with you.

The road is so narrow that you don't want any cars coming towards you and if you do you or them have to back up until there is a little more space for the cars to pass

I loved driving there.

Aiko and me was "doing" Norway on our own.

The feeling of freedom and sense of achievement was very much present, especially on this road and grand landscape

Hiking high up to get this splendid view over my favorite fjord, Randsfjorden Norway.

... and I am enjoying my view

Yes yes - I am a romantic lil gal

My heart melts every time Aiko is sitting like this, just observing and taking it all in.

We have a nice view down to one of the loveliest fjords I know of, Randsfjorden.

- Another fjord

Wow do we have lots of fjords in Norway

Some have ferries and some have bridges

Aker Brygge is a nice part of Oslo, boats, yachts, restaurants, bar, beachlife and shrimps and ice cream, do your pick😄

And stairs to sit on down to the ocean, where you can feed the birds that gladly takes your bread while you are about to put it in your mouth😁

Welcome 😄

Well

Luckily not

Just a dramatic cloud

The electric ferry "MF Hillefjord" glides silently into the port.

You just have to surrender when you are here, at least

Peace will come

Unless you won't have peace

All up to you

It's a lovely sight for sure!

Preikestolen/Pulpit Rock (604 m.a.s.l.) in Lysefjorden, Norway. Been here many times, but never before during winter.

She is waiting to take you for a trip on this beautiful fjord on the west coast of Norway, but it's happening just on special days so you better check it out - or send them an email 😁

The Waterfall Langfoss is behind her, 612 meters long.

Taken from the Lysefjord Bridge, close to the mouth of the 42-kilometre long fjord

We have seen this glacier on the other side too, that was in June

It keeps diminishing though

It's supposed to be an iceberg, I think.

Luckily we don't have icebergs in this fjord, but we do have ice in it during winter.

This is in the center of Oslo, Norway.
