Fun times at our local Fitzone Gym. Had an awards night 30th November and had an Auction which was getting to train our trainers. Most trainers done in pairs. Les and David are my trainers so it was fun giving payback for what they put me through. This is a wall sit with medicine balls as weights. They get me to do this as well.
Birthday weekend, sleepover, pizza, roller skating, then a fun day Sunday at the YMCA (the FitZone got a whole bunch of new Barbies donated, which made Siona, Andrea and Aries very happy.)

Les and David are my trainers so it was fun giving payback for what they put me through. This exercise is a bear crawl. Forward then after a while I got them to turn around and go backwards. That is not so easy especially around corners.
