Throwback Thursday - It has almost been 3 months since I started my health journey. Three months ago I remember exactly what I was going through I was the heaviest and weakest I had ever been and I did not feel like I was ever going to get my pre-pregnancy body back. I remember my stomach feeling like jello from now the birth of my second child! Everyday I would tell myself today is the day I am going to start eating healthy and exercise but then I would go to the store and buy the pre-made cookie dough! My husband finally said please stop you are making everyone eat unhealthy around you! To me that was a breaking point - I started to realize what example I was setting for my husband and my babies! That day 7-2-16 I was going to make a change that my 3 month self would thank me for! Well I am 2 1/2 months in and feel great! I have found an exercise, nutrition plan and shake that works for me.
