I upgraded to the iPhone 2.0 firmware. Now I am impressed with the phone. All the applications that can be installed now make it more than an extended iPod. The firmware takes almost 1GB, which is the size of a full fledged operating system. It will be interesting to see the real power of the iPhone harnessed. Here's a snapshot of my home screen after the firmware update

I was supposed to check out all the functionality of the new update but this stupid thing is so much fun…..didn’t test anything. I think there’s one cable cam and one orbit in there but I’ve got no clue. I was having too much fun flying to focus on testing. I did get it...
