Looks like the explosions were fastened by a rope as the firework bombs leave their glowing track while rising into the sky. Another part from the Swedish presentation at the "Flammende Sterne" firework festival Ostfildern in South Germany 2007.

Photography taken at the Diamond Creek town fair fireworks display.
Shot with a Pentax Espio 150SL.
Film used was Fujifilm Superia X-TRA 400. Three years out of Expiry.
Exposure times were about half a minute.
I only shoot them on the Pentax since it was the only camera I had that had Exposures left.
First attempt at Firework photography - 4th November 2011.
Nabbots Farm - Springfield Chelmsford ESSEX
Camera mounted on tripod and fired with IR Remote.
Camera set to MANUAL, ISO 100, F11 @ 5.2seconds
