Self portrait with Liquid Lens. Run through Decim8 with the Fingerblib and Veth filters. Color and contrast tweaked in in Snapseed. Applied the Purple Haze filter in Camera+. Blended that version back into itself with Multiply in Image Blender.

They kept an Eye out for each other. - I’m forever drawn to images from a time a long past. There is something strangely familiar yet foreign about them that inspire my abstract edits. It’s my own kind of time bending, bringing them here and applying my own story to them at times. This one captured my attention as the subjects reminded me of my own children and made me reflect on the secret lives of siblings. Through all the bickering and rivalry there is a certain language between them, usually conspiratorial in nature. ;) The process in which I did this edit was by first using #Decim8 #Fingerblib fx, then I used the #iColorama Warp fx to further distort the eyes and added the eye chart with the #Blender app. After merging them I brought the image into #Horrorcam and applied the first grindhouse effect. Then took it to #Snapseed to soften the color and apply Retrolux as well as to finish it with a Frame. My Thanks goes to @computerjones and @mobileartistry for inviting me to contribute to this wonderful community and to be included amongst the many artists who inspire me.

- This week I'm posting a different #daily_appsperiment with the same source image of the moon that I shot on Friday night. Today's #appsperiment was created with the Decim8, one of my favorite apps for clutching out images. Decim8 has multiple effects, that you can rearrange. I believe this shot used Veth then Fingerblib layer. #moon
