A series of 11 shots were taken and stacked together afterwards to give this final image a total of approximately 8 minutes. Light was minimal due to the overcast weather and cloud movement was quite slow, so I decided to shoot long exposures in sequences instead due to the ever-changing light (as well as to avoid overheating my camera sensor).

Other than the unusually long shooting process, this is also possibly one of the few images that involves a painstakingly tedious post-processing. Not an easy one I must say but I’m glad that I’ve finally produced something close to what I had envisioned it to be… =)

A simple low-angle shot of one of the DUO residences after completion. I really love how the partially blocked morning sunlight from my left added a mysterious touch to its interesting texture. =)

I had wanted to shoot some architectural shots located near ArtScience Museum but the sudden downpour forced me to seek shelter under the overhead bridge. That was where I came across these two simple subjects of standing lamp posts that were bathed in a perfect balance between shadows and light while drying myself off with a towel.
