The Edinburgh Modular Arm System contains miniature motors, gears, pulleys, microchips, and position-control circuits. The arm also had artificial fingers for gripping objects, a twistable wrist, a bendable elbow, and a rotating shoulder. In 1998, the arm was fitted onto a patient who wore a cap equipped with multi-sensors that received electronic brain pulses and controlled the arm’s movement.

Sheep nearly flocking properly! had to start from scratch again and copy and paste the bits of code that worked, and then fully debug everything before I add more in - this is by far the best way to work I just wish I had known this before hand!

The Sheep are born! you have to look very closely though as at this point I hadnt got the MASON portayals working so they are the default tiny pinpricks pf white on a green background.

 

This is part of my final year project - to produce a simulation of sheep and sheepdogs.

 

I chose to write it in Java using the MASON librarys.
