As the loader prepares to load the last of the problem branch, a crew member tosses smaller pieces that could still be a hazard to motorists, into the truck.

My final project portrays the natural beauty of animal textures. Being around animals always makes me happy and I want to share the uniqueness of the animal textures with others. When taking pictures out in the barn, I take as many as I can since the animals have a mind of their own and move often. I have to be patient to get the shot to show the sharp, rough, bumpy, soft or fuzzy textures I want. I enjoy getting to see the little details of the hair on their noses or the feather patterns along their body. I truly am able to take a closer look at what most people pass on by every day. From the coarse fur on the horse to the fluffy kitten, every time I look at the photos, they amaze me because of details of the textures that pop out. I have a new perspective on the details of nature itself. In life, if you look at the whole picture, you may miss out on the intricate fine points that are right in front of you. To me, it’s the little details that count. The images speak for themselves.

Final Picture. this just shows the M1 Pot, the backpack, and a crate.

To be added!: Spool of mesh, meshed windows, more junk, more bear traps, more guns, trailer w/ dirt bike, weathering/paint

In this picture you can once again see the silhouette of the trees in the distance, proving that sunset is the best time for this type of picture. This picture also shows the different things in multiple planes of view, foreground, mid-ground, and background, within the picture frame. We can see the water splashing, the calm lake, and the sunsetting. This picture reflects my best work when considering multiple planes of view.

The Pride of Bristol takes its final voyage before heading off to the Royal Navy Museum in Hartlepool.

The Pride of Bristol Trust offered character-building sea-training and runs educational trips for youngsters with special needs or from under-privileged backgrounds, all run by unpaid volunteers on board the Pride of Bristol, an 84ft ex-Royal Navy fleet tender.

It worked with youth groups such as the Prince of Wales Trust, St John’s Cadets and various Scout groups, who get to learn the basic skills of seamanship and the more important skills of co-operation with others and pride in personal achievement.

This was the final piece of the set of drawings taken from my installation, based around the idea of mechanisms and recycled materials. To create this piece I began drawing with biro on a cotton based fabric and then I used a sowing machine to define the lines and then on top of that I emphasised highlights with white acrylic paint. This piece is approximately A2 in size.
