Our first chance / attempt to catch the milky way came quite as a surprise this weekend. We've spent the day at the Jurassic Coast and stayed at 'Durdle Door' for the sunset - and after the sun was down the moon didn't show immediately, and so we managed to catch a glimpse of the milky way just above the horizon...

Well here's a line up for fuel you don't see everyday!

I love this time of year with all the fall colours. This Hermit Thrush was filling his face with beautyberries :).

As the streets began filling with life, I dodged my motorcycles and bounced my way over this part of West Bengal's rugged jagged roads. I walked slowly and observed in the quiet way that I do.

I walked along several streets, observing and experiencing the moment. And then I saw these street children, crouched on the sidewalk, quietly and asking for a 10 rupees note for some food. I gave them and asked them to pose for my photo....

or dem nächsten Regen und Gewitter in der Abenddämmerung unterwegs gewesen. Das Getreide ist geerntet, der Mais dahinter schießt in die Höhe und die Weintrauben sind schon sehr weit, teilweise verfärbt sich das Weinlaub schon rot!

Before the next thunder and rain outside, harvest of corn is over, grapes are big... very early this year!

Yet another shot I've taken at the creek beside our house. Here, I noticed the small gap in the bokeh in which I placed the new leaf on the tip of the branch. Again, it is a little minimalistic, but I hope you like it!
