I love it when we get away and can see the sky at night without any distracting light. We just spent a month away, part of it in Fiji. I will try not to post too many shots. hahaha!

Vacation time

Fist sized fallen flowers, from a tree... Raked up promptly by ground.keeping staff... Pity! I intended to show friends this beautiful mass of flowers on the ground..... Too late.

I was told by a waitress the tree produces an edible fruit... Raw or cooked...

She says the Fijian name for this fruit tree is ... Vala, or vutu... Depending on the dialect you speak .
