Campionati Italiani di pattinaggio su pista. 2-4 settembre 2010, Pollenza (Macerata).

5 settembre 2010. Ho un bicipite (sinistro) grande così e il polso ieri sera mi faceva un male che ogni tanto toccava fare stretching e «hay!» esclamare. Un dolore basso vertebrale, poi, suggeriva che l'obiettivo giapponese sposta il baricentro del corpo e il punto interrogativo della spina dorsale era come scritto da un'astuta calligrafia nata di fretta. Forse qualcuno da fuori la pista si è accorto pure del momento in cui ho perso l'equilibrio e prima di potermi rialzare ho dovuto appoggiare una mano a terra per evitare che sole, vertigini, peso fotografico prendessero il sopravvento e dessero ragione alla forza di gravità; ma ero fuori dalla diretta tv e il pubblico, seppur numeroso, era minore rispetto a quello televisivo del pomeriggio e della sera quando io ero fuori dalla pista e mi si vedeva in ogni giro. «Egocentrico!»
