Carson's Toy Story Cake. Two tiers with woody themed decor, and modeling chocolate/fondant figure bursting through the clouds. What a fun cake to make, and looking forward to the next one!
Barnyard themed birthday with modeling choc. and fondant animals, on a two tired smooth buttercream cake! Solid chocolate 3 to top it off!
Modeling Chocolate Figures that we created to adorn this rehearsal dinner cake at the Stock Room. We thought we would be able to find adirondack chairs of appropriate size, boy were we wrong....We ended up making both chairs from popsicle sticks, and a little woodworking practice :) Umbrella made from tylosed fondant.
Four tiered Rehearsal Dinner cake for Catering Works that we dropped off at the StockRoom. All smooth buttercream which we attacked with an airbrush. All the color was done with an airbrush in blues, white, and black. Fondant and modeling chocolate makes up the trees, and printed tiki monogram.
