Size does matter and the diminutive size of the 75 Squadron Mirage fighter pilots is in stark contrast with the statuesque figure of the glamorous Darwin beauty welcoming them to town!

I was sitting at a red light and suddenly got a primal urge to duck and cover - I looked in my rear view mirror, expecting to see an out-of control 18-wheeler careening towards me.
Instead, four of these fighter planes roared overhead - I managed to get this shot as they were coming in for a landing - you can see the pilot in the first plane.
