I get asked a lot of the places I shoot in are real, or digital backdrops - I don't do digital backdrops (I think they're ridiculous honestly and I personally enjoy the hunt for a good, REAL location). Here is my attempt at a landscape shot of the field I did Rylie's photos in, just after sundown. This field stretched for miles in all directions and was full of beautiful wildflowers. So yep - it's real - both the flowers and the sunset! And I have to give my husband some credit as he's the one who found it for me. <3
Prettige bijwerking van een werk-trip naar Groningen. Even een korte omleiding via de bollenvelden in de Noordoostpolder. Onthaasten noemen we dit. Dit keer zijn ook de originele foto's genomen door Harry zelf.
Grey sky over the flower fields.
The flower fields in the West part of Holland are very famous, but in our 12th province Flevoland, especially in the Noordoostpolder the fields are expanding every year.

I found this field last year and so happy it's back again this year, and full of Monarch butterflies! I could stand there all day! :)
Portrait of Cerrin from the trip to Denmark in 2019. When I looked at all the photos from that vacation I found this gem and already loved it unedited. So I did not do too much to it, just some curve adjustments and a high pass to sharpen it out.
Yesterday I started a new DIY project while enjoying the sun. I bought an old fashioned jacket stand that I will paint black. Excited how it'll turn out.
Have a beautiful, sunny day! :)
This is our young gelding. He's a beauty, sired by Once in a Blu Boon. I have a nice series of shots of him in the field the other day feeling his oats. I'll be posting some more.

As I entered the field this morning, these two came to meet us, very curious about Evie especially.
Such a lovely warm spring day, Evie & I walked through the sheep fields & down to the ponds & river and then back home. Evie had a cooling dip in the river, but on the way she had a 'moment' with another lamb, see video below.

Fields is an unincorporated community in Harney County, Oregon, United States,[1] located 112 miles (180 km) south of Burns. It is the center of commerce for local ranches and the largest community between Denio, Nevada, 22 miles (35 km) to the south, and Frenchglen, Oregon, 52.4 miles (84.3 km) to the north.
The community of Fields consists of a bar, store, cafe, gas station, school, campground, and a few houses. As of 2003, the school has two rooms and two teachers serving kindergarten through eighth grade. High school students are bused to Crane Union High School, two hours (102 miles) away.
Local wildlife include pronghorn, mule deer, elk, bighorn sheep, pheasants, doves, geese, and ducks. Rainbow trout are found in nearby streams. There are also publicly accessible hot springs in the area, including Alvord Hot Springs, Bog Hot Springs, and White Horse Hot Springs. The red of these poppy fields can be seen in the distance for miles, so just had to get a few shots of them.
