中国预计将最终于本月或下月发放第三代移动电讯(3G)牌照,但其自主研发的3G标准能否真正启动似乎还是未知数,因负责推广该标准的电信营运商已开始寄希望于未来的"4G"技术。 中国政府一直致力于研发自己的3G标准--时分同步码分多址(TD-SCDMA),借此推动本国电信行业发展,且不用为使用其他两个3G标准--WCDMA和CDMA2000支付昂贵的特许权使用费。 中国再三推迟发放3G牌照,并于今年开始对其电信行业进行大范围重组。 许多专家认为,即将发放的3G牌照意味着该行业重组将进入最後阶段。

截至2008年6月底，在我国的2.53亿网民中，以手机为终端的无线接入网民数已达到7305万人，占到了近三成。这些无线网民表现出明显的年轻化特征 ――30岁及以下年龄段的人占到了86%。专家表示，从技术层面来说，手机最终取代互联网成为最重要的传播工具的迹象已经开始凸现。 就在手机互联网业务中，手机图铃下载占到了63%，无线搜索占48%，在线游戏和下载游戏占40.4%，在线试听和下载音乐占40.2%，在线阅读和下载电子图书占34.9%，有54.3%的用户只访问或尽量选择免费网站。这就是说手机也已经成为一种新兴媒体，通过股指就能掌握天下大事，还可以浏览网页，手机的空间也越来越大，越来越广阔，越来越让每个人喜欢。

Hmmm found this one a challenge too. There are lots of lovely true red flowers out in our neighbourhood at the moment but with a sick kid and now typical September wind I haven't had any luck.
Thanks to RobertsNL who gave me this idea with their indigo shot :)

截至2008年6月底，在我国的2.53亿网民中，以手机为终端的无线接入网民数已达到7305万人，占到了近三成。这些无线网民表现出明显的年轻化特征 ――30岁及以下年龄段的人占到了86%。专家表示，从技术层面来说，手机最终取代互联网成为最重要的传播工具的迹象已经开始凸现。 就在手机互联网业务中，手机图铃下载占到了63%，无线搜索占48%，在线游戏和下载游戏占40.4%，在线试听和下载音乐占40.2%，在线阅读和下载电子图书占34.9%，有54.3%的用户只访问或尽量选择免费网站。这就是说手机也已经成为一种新兴媒体，通过股指就能掌握天下大事，还可以浏览网页，手机的空间也越来越大，越来越广阔，越来越让每个人喜欢。

Since I reinjured my right knee, I have reprised my nicknamed as Dr House. So the series of shots is inspired by Dr House.
The plates in the background are my actual MRI plates; there were actually no anomalies to be noted on my MRI results, but since I have been having recurrent right patellar dislocation since high school and the fact that I have partially torn ACL and MCL on my right knee, I will be having surgery.
In the meen time, I will use my trusty 10 year old cane I have had since high school.
This photo, I downloaded custom fonts to match the television show's logo.

Number five in the colour challenge. And a simple one this time that didn't require venturing out and about. I blame the rain.
