fireworks for july 14th 2011. Having a beautiful spot in Gerardmer, I installed my K5 on my tripod and, as I did not have a remote controller, I had to stay next to my camera and press the button each time using a 2sec timer. This has been taken with the 40mm Ltd.

People often ask me how to take pictures of fireworks. There is probably some perfect way to do it but I'm not completely sure what that way is. Instead of a perfect formula, I've developed a short tutorial outlining what I do and think about to get the fireworks shots that I get.
