Nike is an independent minded dog who would do well as the only pet. He does not like other dogs and is not to be trusted with cats but he does love his people. Nike is a born guard dog and will not put up with invaders or violent people. We suspect Nike was crated as a puppy. He has a weak bladder and must eliminate every few hours (expecting a puppy to "hold it" for long hours can cause incontinence problems in later years). He also show signs of reactive aggression typically associated with crating so we would not recommend that he be adopted as a pet for children.

Nike is housetrained and knows basic commands such as "sit, fetch, down & shake."

He wants to be a good dog and responds well to responsibility. He needs a job ... or tasks to complete (such as tricks or obedience workouts).
